Welcome to Seaside Quilters Guild
We are an active guild with approximately 75 members. Our monthly meetings are held on the FIRST TUESDAY (Sept. through June) starting at 6:00 p.m., at the Soledad Club, 5050 Soledad Rd. San Diego, CA
The Guild was founded in September of 1982 to promote co-operation and exchange of ideas among those interested or engaged in quilting and fiber arts. The founding members’ love and enthusiasm for quilting grew into a community where all can share this common love, have fun and learn. Our members range from beginners to the very skilled.
The activities of the Guild have grown to include, guest speakers and workshops, Quilt Retreats, Block of the Month, UFO Club, Quilt ‘til you Wilt, Finish it Friday, Opportunity of the Month, Project Linus for children in hospitals, skill building, making new quilting friends, great potlucks AND of course the inspirational sharing of Quilting projects.
